Hiking up Sterling Pond with P + N was beyond epic.

I left my house at 3:30am to meet them at the trailhead. From there we headed up with headlamps. The trail was wet but the vibes were high!

I realized I unintentionally created a timelapse of the sunrise but I kinda dig it!

J + A celebrated their elopement on top of one of my favorite spots in New Hampshire. They started their day with private vows in the woods and then a grand bubble filled ceremony surrounded by their closest friends and family. It was truly magical and the weather couldn’t have been more perfect!

Planning a Vermont adventure elopement on top of Mount Mansfield?

Here are some things to consider! You can actually drive up Mount Mansfield via the Stowe autotoll road - there’s a parking lot at the top! Mount Mansfield is a long and often difficult hike so if you’re not wanting to do a ton of hiking this is a great option!

Hike from the visitor center to the summit: The Nose to the Chin via Long Trail (2.8 miles)

For a more challenging but rewarding hike take The Nose via Haselton Trail! (4.7 miles)
