I'M READY! ECHO LAKE STATE PARK, NH - SPRING 2022 EXPLORE MY FAVORITE LOCATIONS - NEW ENGLAND - ELOPE IN NEW HAMPSHIRE CLICK HERE ELOPE IN MAINE CLICK HERE ELOPE IN VERMONT CLICK HERE ELOPE IN NEW YORK STATE CLICK HERE TOP THINGS TO CONSIDER WHEN CHOOSING YOUR ELOPEMENT LOCATION THE LANDSCAPE When choosing an elopement location think about the type of landscape you want including mountains, beaches, forests or desert views. The backdrop you choose should reflect you as a couple! QUESTIONS TO ASK YOURSELF What type of scenery inspires you? Where do you want to be when yo u say "I Do" Where do you feel your most happiest? THE MEANING When choosing your elopement location consider places that hold meaning to you and your partner. This could look like where you had your first date, a favorite vacation spot, or a place you've always dreamed of visiting together. QUESTIONS TO ASK YOURSELF Do you have a location in mind that holds meaning to you as a couple? Where have you always wanted to visit together? Do you want to keep your elopement close to home? If this is meaningful to you then absolutely do it! TIME OF YEAR If you have a few favorite seasons like I do it can make it hard to narrow it down to just one. To help with this, make a list of activities you'd like to do together during your elopement. If you love skiing, you might want to think about a Winter elopement. If you love water and summer acitivities you might want to consider a Summer elopement. QUESTIONS TO ASK YOURSELF What season do you feel most comfortable in? Do you have any specific activities you'd like to do during your elopement? ACCESSIBILITY Think about how accessible your location will need to be for you and your guests (if any) to get to your location. Also consider if you will need to drive to and from locations as well as accommodations for you and your guests. QUESTIONS TO ASK YOURSELF Do you want your elopement to include stunning views? Are you wanting to hike for your elopement, if so how far? If inviting guests, do any of them need easy accessible access to locations? Will you need transportation? (some locations might require a 4x4 vehicle, helicopter, boat, gondola etc.) How far are you willing to travel from the nearest airport? PRIVACY + INTIMACY To ensure your location offers the intimacy you need to be comfortable think about if you want a hidden location over somewhere that's more popular. Some places can get super crowded especially in National Parks and high traffic trails. QUESTIONS TO ASK YOURSELF Do you value being in a private location as opposed to a public location? -USA - TOP LOCATIONS TO ELOPE OUT WEST Are you dreaming of eloping in the mountains of Colorado or perhaps, saying your vows on the beaches of California. The best season to elope is Fall/Winter if you love the cold months and prioritize foliage. The Fall/Winter season in New England runs between September-March.
